Preparation Instructions

To make the individual dose use 1/4 of the amounts of the ingredients.

Wash strawberries and blueberries well.

Peel the banana, cut it into slices and mix all the ingredients in the blender.

Once ready, serve in a bowl and optionally as a topping add blueberries, shredded coconut and chia seeds to taste.
