Preparation Instructions

Connect the oven to 180 º C.

Wash the pears thoroughly and remove the core with a corer. If not, cut the pears in half and remove the core with a knife.

Now place them on an oven tray.

Bake for about 25 min or until the pears are tender.

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix well until smooth. Vegetable protein powder (whey) and baobab are optional.

Serve in a bowl and add raspberries to taste and some hemp seeds (optional) as a topping.

Note: this recipe is for 4 bowls of pear puree. An individual dose is equivalent to 1 cup.
