Preparation Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180º.

Prepare the MAGGI mashed potato following the instructions on the package and let it cool. Reserve.

Separate the egg yolks, beat them with 250g of sugar until you get a homogeneous mixture and reserve the egg whites.

Scrape the lemon peel directly into the mixture and then add the MAGGI mashed potato. Beat again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add the almond flour and mix well.

Beat the egg whites together with a pinch of salt. Add the remaining 250g of sugar 2-3 times and beat until you get a meringue.

Add to the previous mixture involving everything in smooth movements.

Place the final dough in a rectangular mold lined with oven paper. Bake for 45-50 min.

You can sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional) and it's ready to serve.
