Preparation Instructions

If you prefer, you can also substitute minced chicken for turkey.

For Meatballs:

Place the eggs to cook and season the minced meat with salt, pepper and the remaining optional spices: sweet pepper, garlic powder, cumin and squeezed lemon juice.

Chop the mushrooms very well (white) and grate the carrot (optional). Add to the meat and mix well.

With your hands, mold small meat balls with an egg in the middle and set aside.

Put the oil in a pan, add the coarsely chopped onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves, the tomatoes and ½ sprig of parsley.

Season with salt and pepper, cover the pan and cook for 15 min, over low heat.

Grind everything with the magic wand, add the meatballs to the sauce, cover the pan and cook for 13 min.

For Zucchini Linguini:

With the help of a grater or a spiralizer, cut the courgettes into strips.

In a frying pan, place a drizzle of olive oil, add the courgettes, 2 cloves of garlic and the chopped coriander. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook for 2 min and serve immediately with meatballs.

Note: this recipe is for 8 meatballs. An individual serving equals 2 meatballs.
