Preparation Instructions
Use half the amounts to make 1 large bar or 6 bars.
01
Preheat the oven to 170ºC and toast the almonds for 10 min.
02
Add and crush the cranberries (125g), nuts (125g), almonds (50g) and cocoa powder (75g).
03
Add the grated coconut (20g) and cold water (3.5 c. Soup) little by little until you get a moist consistency.
04
Pour the mixture into a pyrex (rectangular) previously lined with parchment paper. Using a spatula, mold the mixture into the pyrex.
05
In order to have a firmer shape, you can cover the mixture with parchment paper after being molded by pyrex and place a heavy object (for example a flour package) on top of the time it is in the refrigerator.
06
Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
07
Remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars (6 pcs).
Note: this recipe makes 2 large bars, which are then cut into 12 bars. An individual dose is equivalent to 3 bars.
