Note that this recipe must be prepared the day before.

You can prepare in full or to make the individual dose use 1/8 of the amounts of the ingredients.

Add the vegetable drink, water, oat flakes, chia seeds, cinnamon, saffron, powdered ginger and black pepper into a glass of the mixer and mix well.

Reserve in the refrigerator in a bottle with a lid for 3-4 hours or leave overnight.

In the end you can eat the cold porridge like a golden oatmeal asleep or heat it up slightly.

Put raspberries (5-7 units / serving), banana slices and the seed mix (you can toast them if you prefer) as a topping.
