Cut the cod into cubes with the help of a very sharp knife.

Marine with the squeezed lemon juice, white wine, pepper, paprika and salt, for one hour. Reserve

Wash the vegetables and dice the pumpkin and sweet potatoes and sliced the corn cobs.

Bake at 200ºC for 40 min and season with salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce.

Decorate the dish with the fresh cod in the center (about 100-125g per person) and the roasted vegetables around.
