Soak the black beans the day before for 12 hours and then put them in a pan of water. Then simmer for 45-50 min over low heat until beans are tender.

Boil the rice in boiling salted water for about 20 min.

Also bake the broccoli in the same way.

When the rice is cooked, drain the water and add the cooked black beans. Serve with the chicken breast.
