Preparation Instructions

For the filling:

Start by boiling or broiling chicken breasts to your preference.

Put all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl, mix well and set aside in the cold. Cover the wrapping sheet with lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, red cabbage and shredded chicken, and then roll up.

Serve with the mint sauce.

For the Sauce:

Chop the mint well and crush the garlic. Mix well with yogurt and squeezed lemon juice.
