Add the curry, the cayenne pepper (optional), plus 50 ml of the broth and the fish.

Bring to a boil and add the coconut milk (use the thicker part), the squeezed lime juice, the shrimp kernels and the clams.

With the heat to the maximum, cook another 2 min until it thickens.

Turn off and sprinkle with chopped coriander.
Tip: you can also use grouper, monkfish or croaker for hake.
