This is one of my favorite recipes! It is very easy to prepare and for the sweet tooth it is the perfect recipe for any time of the day. I serve a lot as dessert but also as a snack. There is no one who does not like it!

To Base:

Transfer the mixture to an oven dish and line with parchment paper.
For the Caramel Layer:

Now pour this mixture on the base that was in the freezer previously and spread it very well.

Finally add the remaining peanuts (30g), broken or not, and put back in the freezer for another 30 minutes.
For the Chocolate Layer:

Finally, in a pan, add the chocolate bar with the vegetable drink until it becomes a homogeneous topping. You can substitute dark chocolate for raw cocoa powder, if you prefer.

If necessary, you can add a little xylitol or coconut sugar or agave jelly, date syrup or coconut syrup.

When it is very tough you can cut to the rectangles or take it off the board as you need. It is advisable to remove from the freezer about 10 to 15 min before serving, since it will be frozen. Keep in the freezer but you can leave it in the refrigerator, however it will get softer.
Note: this recipe makes 10 snickers bars. An individual dose is equivalent to 1 snicker bar.
