Beat the ingredients in a bowl until they form a consistent dough.

Heat a skillet and brush with oil.

Place a small portion of the dough in the skillet, cook over low heat and turn only when they are cooked on the first side.

Repeat until the dough is finished.

Serve with your favorite soup or just a topping of melted dark chocolate and / or red fruits.
Tip: it is great to accompany with a courgette and carrot soup or low carb green broth.
Note: this recipe makes 12-16 pancakes. An individual dose is equivalent to 3-4 pancakes.
