Preparation Instructions

Wash the asparagus and blanch it in a pan of boiling water for 2-3 min. And reserve.

Put the oil in the pan and add the sliced mushrooms, the asparagus cut in two and the 1/2 sprig of coriander chopped coarsely or whole.

Cover and simmer for 5 min.

Add the previously rolled garlic cloves and the squeezed lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper and cook for another 5 min (uncovered).

Decorate with chopped coriander to taste and serve immediately.
