Preparation Instructions

Detox Easy Plan 1st and 3rd Days and Detox Long Plan 2nd and 4th Days - Drink a dose of 0.5 L for breakfast, mid-morning and mid-afternoon (Total day = 1.5L). To make the daily dose of juice, use half the amount of each ingredient (only if you are doing the detox easy and long plan).
