Preparation Instructions

Day 2 of the Detox Extreme Plan and Day 4 of the Detox Long Plan - lunch and dinner. Make 1 serving for each meal. You may repeat the dose if necessary.

In a pan put the rolled onion together with the olive oil and cinnamon stick (you can put a second cinnamon stick if you like the more intense cinnamon flavor).

Cook and brown the onion over medium heat. Add the cauliflower cut into small foil and wrap.

Cover the vegetables with water and simmer for about 30 min.

Once cooked, remove the cinnamon sticks and mash with the magic wand.

Add the flax seeds and cinnamon powder as a topping and it is ready to serve.
