Cut the red onion, peel the garlic clove and cut the sweet potato into very thin slices.

Put the sweet potatoes in an oven tray and brush the slices with olive oil. Sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake at 180º for about 15 min until golden and crispy.

Heat a skillet over high heat for about 3 min and grill the steaks. Let it cook for about 2 min on one side and then 1 min on the other.

Remove and let stand about 5 min. Add the lime juice to the sauce and if you want some spicy. Shake well.

Cut the steaks into slices about 1 cm wide.

Serve the sliced steaks with the sauce prepared on top and accompanied with the sweet potato chips.
