Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Cut 1 banana into slices and set aside.

Crush the remaining 2 bananas and mix all ingredients (except cinnamon and grated coconut - optional).

Line the tarteira with parchment paper, put the dough and on top put the banana slices and sprinkle with cinnamon and grated coconut (optional) to taste.

Bake approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown and ready to serve.
